The Moorings is a beach and boating community adjacent to and north of Coquina Sands and south of Park Shore. The area is comprised of single-family and condominium home residences. Homes are very close to the beach or even right on the beach! It is located west of US 41 and continues west all the way to the Gulf of Mexico. Moorings Bay and a stretch of Venetian Bay are within. The Moorings is a well established neighborhood in Naples just minutes north of Naples famed downtown 5th Avenue. It is convineinet to the Naples Gulf Coast Mall, easily accessible to central Naples, the shops and dining at Venetian Bay and Waterside Shops, and of course the beach! The homes in this area were built from the 1960's up through the 1980's. Many have been fully remodeled and updates and some while some have been torn down and replaced with luxury homes.
