The Brooks is a Bonita Bay development consisting of four distinct communities. Shadow Wood is a golf community with private membership to the golf club available but not required. Members of the Shadow Wood golf club also enjoy golf privileges at the Bonita Bay sister community Shadow Wood Preserve just a few miles north. Copperleaf at the Brooks and Spring Run at the Brooks are both bundled golf communities. In a bundle golf community all residents are members of the golf club and all other amenities that are offered. Lighthouse Bay is a tennis and boating community (paddle boats, row boat, canoes, and kayaks), for those who want a community with full amenities but not golf. Lighthouse Bay has four satellite pools, a main resort pool, lap pool, small beach, and more. |
