Riverstone is an impressive new community in Naples built by well known G.L. Homes.   The developer plans to maintain a good balance with nature’s beauty by maintaining almost 300 acres of forest preserve and 86 acres of lakes in the plan.  Riverstone real estate will range in size from just over 2,000 to 4700 square feet.  There’s a home plan to suit a variety of requirements.

Residents can choose to be busy right at home.  Riverstone’s amenities list includes an indoor sports complex with a basketball court.  The community clubhouse will offer a fitness center with locker rooms, a room for arts and crafts with a pottery kiln, a game room for cards and billiards, a kid’s playroom as well as a social hall with a catering kitchen and a covered patio for outdoor entertaining.

A resort style pool with a waterfall is slated along with a lap pool and Jacuzzi.  You can play soccer or baseball on the play field or tennis on one of the soft surface courts.  Meet your friends for a walk or bike ride on the exercise paths.  Kids get the VIP treatment here.  They have their own playground with a pavilion for birthday parties or school events.  A water play area includes an extensive wading pool and other water action to add to the fun.

There are more than 10 single family house designs available in Riverstone.  There’s a floor plan to suit a variety of needs and expectations.  The Burgundy is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath plan.  The Dubonnet Grande is the largest model with 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths and a 3 car garage.  G.L. Homes has included high end fittings and finishes and some unique features in these homes, such as a shower that can be accessed from either the his or her side of the master bathroom.
