Positioning

Regardless of the marketing, it's all negated if your property is not positioned properly. Positioning is simply knowing your home's value through a comprehensive comparable marketing analysis or CMA. This is the beginning.

The CMA gives you and idea of where your property stands with respect to others that have sold recently and with respect to other properties on the market - the competition. The CMA in combination with other factors - the Market - will ultimately determine your positioning. What are the market trends? What are the current economic factors in the area? What are your goals? How fast do you want or need to sell? The answers to these questions and other local input are used to ultimately determine your market positioning.

Marketing - Traditional

I will come to learn and understand your property thoroughly, its value to the buyer and establishing the best buying proposition. This is the cornerstone for a successful marketing campaign.
