The program begins July 1, 2008 (effective date) and, it's easy!
You will be eligible for a rebate up to $500 for home inspection upon closing for each home (or condominium) purchased with my assistance and I am paid a commission for my services. The guidelines are simple:
- Enter your name, valid email, and valid phone number
- Enter $500 Rebate in the Subject Line
- List your requirements (wishes, dreams, wants, just gotta haves!) for your purchase - e.g. type/size of property, number of bedrooms, baths, garage...etc, amenities (golf, boat, beach) if any, potential location(s)
- Enter into a purchase contract for real property in the state of Florida on or after the effective date with Prestige Properties of South Florida, Inc. and Bob Pisa designated as the buyer's representative prior to December 31, 2008
- Conduct a home inspection on the property using a certified inspector of your choice
- Complete the transaction and purchase the real property prior to March 31, 2009
